Lesley Cripps is appointed as Sales Director at Cargoflash. She is an Aviation industry professional with over 30 years of sales, commercial & operational experience working within the cargo aviation industry for multiple major players, having held a number of key positions contributing to a broad understanding of the industry. She has a proven track record of sales growth in all positions combined with excellent networking skills.
She started her career with Singapore Airlines where she developed her understanding for operations and excelled; with a passion growing for the cargo industry progressed into sales with Martin air at that time a global cargo operator.
Her talents did not go unnoticed and was approached by Chapman Freeborn to develop the UK markets in air cargo charter operations. Never afraid of a new challenge she joined Saudi Arabian Airlines as Cargo Manager for the United Kingdom during the first 8th months turned around the operations and sales and finally progressed to be their first female senior manager as Director Europe for both Cargo Sales and Operations.
Always looking for a new challenge she moved to Kazakhstan and took up a global role with Air Astana as Sales Director Cargo.
